Melinda is originally from Fort Mill, SC. She graduated from Clemson University in 2017 with a B.S. in Environmental and Natural Resources, with a concentration on Conservation Biology. After graduation, she pursued a career in Property Management, specifically Student Housing. She relocated to Charleston and joined our firm in 2021, bringing 5+ years of Management and Customer Service experience to our team.
