Mary Linton brings to Bringardner Injury Law Firm years of experience in civil litigation, focusing on complex legal matters and guiding clients through each stage of the judicial process. With a commitment to excellence, Mary advocates for her clients with skill and dedication at a time when they are most vulnerable.
Mary earned her Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina where she served as Articles Editor for a Journal, was a member of the Phi Delta Phi legal honor society, and served as a student mentor.
Prior to joining Bringardner Injury Law Firm, Mary served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Deadra L. Jefferson in South Carolina’s Ninth Judicial Circuit. After, she practiced at a prominent civil litigation firm, representing clients in complex personal injury and commercial litigation matters. Mary’s dedication to her clients has led to her being recognized as a Legal Elite in Charleston Business Magazine. In addition to her career accomplishments, Mary has had the privilege of presenting at the Federal Bar Convention, where she spoke to rising professionals about navigating the complexities of federal court.
Mary is actively involved in the South Carolina legal community and currently serves on the Judicial Qualifications Committee, which evaluates candidates for various state judicial appointments. She is also a member of the Charleston County Bar and the James L. Petigru American Inn of Court.
Outside of her practice, Mary lives on James Island with her husband and their dog, Corduroy. She is a passionate equestrian and ardent supporter of H.O.P.E. Acres Rescue.
