Susan brings 3 decades of experience in the personal injury legal field to Bringardner Injury Law Firm. She started her journey as a paralegal which developed into progressive management roles, culminating in her last decade as the Director of Operations at a successful personal injury law firm in New Jersey. Susan played a pivotal part in the firm’s growth from 25 employees to a thriving operation with over 100 employees, several offices and thousands of clients. Her extensive career is complemented by continuous professional development through numerous legal, leadership, and management conferences with top leaders in the industry.
Drawn by the prospect of leveraging her extensive experience to contribute to the growth of a dynamic personal injury practice, Susan was inspired to join Bringardner Injury Law Firm. The opportunity to collaborate with Mark Bringardner and apply her operational knowledge to enhance the firm’s efficiency and success was a perfect match for her skills and ambitions.
