About the Role
Bringardner Injury Law Firm handles serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. A boutique law firm by choice, we strive to deliver exceptional legal representation and customer service. We are seeking a fourth attorney to join our growing team.
The candidate will handle cases from intake through disbursement. We seek an attorney with at least five (5) years of experience handling motor vehicle accident cases in pre-litigation and litigation. This position requires a track record of demonstrating results and adding value to significant and/or complex personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Qualifications
- Active license to practice law in South Carolina
- Minimum five (5) years of experience handling personal injury cases as a licensed attorney
- Extensive pre-litigation and litigation experience
- Exceptional legal research and writing abilities
- Substantial experience taking depositions, drafting and arguing all types of motions, and handling day-to-day case management
- Ability to work autonomously and with direction from the managing partner
- Highly ethical, motivated, and willing to go the extra mile
- Driven individual with a commitment to continuous learning and career advancement
- Trial experience and Plaintiff-side experience preferred
Compensation
- Base salary with performance-based bonuses: $100,000 – $500,000+
