A tragic three-vehicle collision on Lowcountry Drive (S.C. 462) in Jasper County claimed the life of 25-year-old Ridgeland resident Keeley Kai Hall on Friday night. According to officials, the crash occurred around 8:40 p.m. near Snake Road and involved a 2024 Ford F-150, a 2016 Jeep Compass, and a 2024 Jeep Cherokee. Hall was pronounced dead at the scene, and all other occupants were transported to local hospitals with injuries.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is still investigating the circumstances of the collision. The stretch of S.C. 462 where the crash occurred is a winding, unlit roadway with a posted speed limit of 55 mph—conditions that can make nighttime travel particularly challenging.
